Ways To Help You Get More Energy

The way you breathe determines how much oxygen is available for your muscles (and your mind) to work with.

A lot of the muscles you use for EFFECTIVE breathing are also postural, so if you spend a lot of time sitting down both activities can suffer. When your posture deteriorates, the muscles used to maintain it get less ‘exercise’ throughout the day. (your ‘beer belly’ is caused by sitting down, NOT by beer!)

By working on your posture and your breathing, you can start to reverse the effects of constant ’sedentation’. Try singing lessons, or traditional yoga, or both. You can also get sports-training devices to exercise your breathing muscles (these aren’t much good on their own, but as a supplement to regular yoga-breathing or vocal exercises, they can be very beneficial).

The extra oxygen supplied by breathing better will make you feel more energetic and motivated.

You can also try parking a little further from your work all the time, so that you need to walk more quickly, and even start to run, in order to get to work on time. You’ll also see more of the neighbourhood (try different routes, too), and get more mental stimulation from your commute.

Exercise..make a chart and run around your house everyday in it or on the outside while drinking water…

-try to get some of your friends to help

-replace coke with water or juice
-replace junk food with fruits and veggies
-use fresh instead of frozen or canned
-eat 1800-2000 calories a day or LESS

-its hard doing it on your own

-exercise by doing something fun like dancing or taking a bike ride

-during tv commercials, do 10 jumping jacks..just 10 each break and
you can loose alot!

-DIETS will not help you loose weight..they will just maintain the weight..they are half of the “Loose Weight Plan”
You have to exercise for the other half..so every time you eat..wait 30 minutes then run or exercise!

-make sure you stick to this plan and you can loose alot of weight in a few months or weeks

-DONT over exercise! take it easy and get used to it the first few weeks..then push your self to do more..

-DO NOT stop eating for good..if you think that not eating will help you loose weight its not..it makes u sick and dizzy..stick with good food! :-)

-Eat superfood that are good 4 u like Berries! Blueberries strawberries rasberries are GREAT for you
-Also Broccoli and Celery are great 4 u 2! these give you energy and nutrition
