There are 2 types of sleep apnea:

1) Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) – This most usual sort of apnea happens when throat muscles relax.

2) Central Sleep Apnea – This form of apnea happens when the brain fails to transmit proper signals to the muscles that operate breathing.

Sleep apnea and snoring are directly associated because during snoring the air passage of the trachea is perpetually subjected to repetitive collapse and obstruction; as a matter of fact, it’s that collapse and obstruction that result in the vibration that, in the end, manifests itself as audible snoring. Obstructive Sleep Apnea thus happens when, because of that continual collapse of the air passage, breathing actually blocks.

Stop Snoring Through Excercise
【1】Protruding tongue to practice. Try your best to protrude your tongue out the mouth, then back to your mouth, take this cycle at least 200 times every time, until the pharynx is very acid.

【2】Mouthwash practice without water and toothbrush. Does not contain water, bulge your cheek, and then back to original state, take this cycle at least 200 or more until the pharynx is very sour feeling. Then take water and no toothbrush to make a mouthwash.

【3】Practice rolling your tongue. Make your tongue under the palate, force your tongue backward and without leaving the palate, practice more than 50 times or so, until the soft palate is very sour feeling.

The frequency of exercise: Exercise 3 times a day at first, persist after a month or two, just take once. It is very simple and easy!
